✓ If original house keys are lost, an amount of 1000 rupees will be deducted from the deposit towards replacement cost of the key.
✓ The inventory list of all items in the house along with replacement cost is available with the caretaker. In case of any damage, the replacement cost will be deducted from the deposit.
