Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in time is after 2:00 PM.
Check-out time is before 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
House Rules:
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa or service apartment. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas if you wish to smoke.
No Parties or Events: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, parties or events are not allowed on the premises without prior approval from management.
Noise Policy: Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the villas or service apartments unless otherwise approved by management.
Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed in the villa or service apartment is as specified in your booking confirmation. Additional guests must be approved in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.
