✓ Late Check out can be considered only Subject to Availability and ADDLN charge of 800 rupees
✓ One Original ID Copy of EACH of the guests and a Refundable Deposit of 2000 rupees is required to be deposited at the time of check-in. This is towards the security of property and house keys.
✓ If original house keys are lost, an amount of 1000 rupees will be deducted from the deposit towards replacement cost of the key.
✓ The inventory list of all items in the house along with replacement cost is available with the caretaker. In case of any damage, the replacement cost will be deducted from the deposit.
