It has a superb landscaped garden and one of the largest swimming pool in the location.Main plus point of this place is location as its close to the beach (approx 10 minutes by walk). Restaurants cafes bars supermarkets are just outside. This is privately owned apartment in a beautiful complex in Candolim. Calangute and baga are 5 mins ride. you will find variety of restaurants and cafes which are much more lively and play really good live music in season time n few in off season in the radius of 1-2kms

✓ Late Check out can be considered only Subject to Availability and ADDLN charge of 1000 rupees
✓ One Original ID Copy of EACH of the guests and a Refundable Deposit of 2000 rupees is required to be deposited at the time of check-in. This is towards the security of property and house keys.
✓ If original house keys are lost, an amount of 1000 rupees will be deducted from the deposit towards replacement cost of the key.
✓ The inventory list of all items in the house along with replacement cost is available with the caretaker. In case of any damage, the replacement cost will be deducted from the deposit.
