Refundable Deposit of 2000 to be made at the time of check-in. It will be refunded at time of check out, after checking the condition of the property. if there is any damage, same will be deducted from it as per the rate list available in villa.
IMP: For check-in/check-out after 8PM, there will be a convenience fee of 300 rupees subject to availability. This amount goes towards compensating the caretaker to travel from his place for checking in/out guests n return and off-working efforts
