✓ Being rural area, only 8 hours power supply in a day
✓ 5.7KVA UPS battery installed; request use power judiciously so that it lasts till normal power back
✓ Geyser doesn’t run on power back. In case hot water needed for bath during power cut, please ask Caretaker, he will arrange
✓ Farm Villa located in midst of vast swathes of greenery n farms. Lots of insects all around all the time. plz bring Mosquito repellent, cream etc. Please ask the Caretaker for the same if needed.
✓ Please give adequate notice for meals. Caretaker will need atleast hour plus to fetch chicken, veggies etc from local markets and another hour to cook hot food for you.
✓ Ready to eat Chicken/Veg nuggets available on payment basis. Please ask the Caretaker for the same.

✓Nandi Hills fall in rural area. Govt power supply is provided for only 6 hours a day. we have a battery back up which provide supply for many hours after getting recharged when power available. Kindly use electrical appliances judiciously so that you continue to have power back up.
